🐷 Kunekune Piglets Available 🐷

I have a sweet group of purebred, colorful Kunekune piglets looking for their new farms!

Born June 30 and ready to leave the farm September 24.

Available:
• 4 barrows — $150 each
• 4 gilts — $200 each

Both sire and dam are registered Kunekunes.

Kunekunes are known for their friendly, docile personalities, manageable size, and grazing ability. They make a wonderful addition to the homestead whether you’re looking for companionship, pasture pigs, or to raise your own pork.

These are accustomed to children, livestock, etc.

I also have two 9-month-old gilts available.

Shouting CONGRATULATIONS to Hezekiah and Allison on their engagement! 💍

It was such a joy meeting with Hezekiah ahead of time to scout out the perfect spot here at the Homestead. I think he did a great job and planned the perfect surprise. The love he has for his soon-to-be bride—and his excitement about building a life together—was so evident.

These two are truly the sweetest couple, and I am wishing them a lifetime of love, laughter, and happiness! 🤍

One of the things I love most about hosting is hearing what guests enjoyed most—because it's rarely just one thing.

For some, it's the quiet.
For others, it's the animals, the campfire, the trails, or simply sitting on the porch taking in the view.

I have four private offices available for daily, weekly, or monthly rental in the Red River Gorge, with shared kitchen and restroom access, plus private trails to enjoy during your breaks.

Ok yall, I know this is gross, but I castrated piglets for the first time today and I’m honestly just really excited. 😂 I’ve dreaded it for so long and was so nervous.

One of the many reasons I choose the homestead life is how often I get the chance to get dirty and push myself out of my comfort zone. It’s things like castrating piglets that I would dream of when I had to sit behind a desk.

I’m extra grateful for my friend Renae, who showed up without hesitation to hold piglets and coach me through it with patience instead of panic. I could not have done it without this powerhouse woman. The Lord has blessed me with some really wonderful women to do life with in this season, and I’m so thankful to have ladies around me that I admire in so many ways. 🤍
