Camp Pendola has been the home to the Diocese of Sacramento's summer camp since 1960. The land was donated to the Diocese in the fall of 1959 in memory of Frank Pendola, Jr. During it's time it has hosted retreats, events for alumni, and outdoor environmental education programs for Catholic Schools in the Diocese.
