🌲 We're Hiring: Assistant Office Manager (Seasonal Full-Time)
Beautiful Lake Location | Mid-May – Mid-October (May, September and October can be just weekends if you have a job during the school year) Starting Immediately.
Come work where others vacation! We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable individual to join our team as an Assistant Office Manager for the summer and fall season. Experience preferred but willing to train the right person.

🕒 Schedule:
• Full-time
• Preferably four 10-hour days but five 8-hour days is available with varying hours
• Split shifts available if needed
• Weekends required, with some flexibility
• Paid lunch break
💵 Compensation:
• Starting at $17.50/hour
• Opportunity for a pay increase with satisfactory job performance

📋 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Creating reservations using our reservation system
• Monitoring email and responding to customer questions
• Accepting and processing deposits and payments
• Performing bookkeeping and reporting tasks using QuickBooks
• Updating and maintaining our WordPress website
• Assisting with our Facebook and Instagram pages
• Handling guest check-ins and check-outs
• Managing mail and bill payments
• Assisting with scheduling and payroll processing
👤 Who You Are:
• Friendly, professional, and highly detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and follow through on tasks
• Have reliable personal transportation
• Able to provide references
