❄️💧FREEZE WARNING 💧❄️
This weekend/next week, temperatures dip down into the single digits, and not warm up above freezing during the day. This is the type of weather that will freeze and burst and exposed pipes.
Remove water hoses from all exterior faucets or wrap them with heat tape.
Protect / Insulate water lines from the cold air and wind.
Be very cautious with the use of space heaters.
Open your cabinet doors in your home so that the heat from your home can reach the pipes underneath. Drip your faucets
If your pipes freeze and we have to thaw them out, there will be a $400 service charge if we have to hold a blow dryer to your frozen pipes in the freezing weather.

We are expecting some COLD weather and even worse weather coming this weekend and next week. Please take care of your pipes so they don't freeze. Heat tape if possible, open cabinets so heat can get to the pipes.

Did anyone lose a cell phone? A cell phone was found on the road in the west side of the park. It is not charged. If you can identify what it looks like, call 323-8000 to claim. If it is not claimed, I will turn it over to the local Sheriff’s office.

A friendly reminder to take care of your pipes during this COLD weekend. Keep your heat on, your cabinet doors open and let your faucets (barely) drip. Use heat tape on the pipes you can. Stay warm everyone!

If you keep your heat on, your cabinet doors open to get heat to the pipes, and let your faucets drip a tiny bit, it will keep them from freezing.
