We purchased property in Canton, Missouri in 2004 to develop a campground for our family to spend weekends together. Over the years we have enjoyed camping with family and friends
and have recently added 16 additional full hook-up sites to our campground and opened Lazy Dayz Campground for others to enjoy. You can relax at your own campsite or join in with the other campers in many activities inc

luding Badminton tournaments, Sand Volleyball tournaments, Horseshoes, etc. There is a playground for the children to enjoy that is a very short
distance from the campsites. You can also take your kids fishing in
our 2 acre pond stocked with Blue Gill, Bass and Crappie or
just fish for yourself! We are located 2 miles west of Canton on State Hwy P. We hope you will consider a visit to Lazy Dayz!

Here’s an update on what’s happening this coming July 4th weekend at Lazy Dayz Campground:
* Friday, July 3rd @ 6 PM - Hog Roast - Meat, Buns and Tableware provided - Bring a covered dish or dessert to share and your own drinks
* Friday, July 3rd at dark - Fireworks 🧨
* Saturday, July 4th @ 11 AM - Bags Tournament - $20 per team

Here is our activity line-up thus far for 2026:
May 23rd – Annual Wingfest – Taste Testing $8 from 3 to 5 PM. Get your best wing recipes ready to enter!

June 13th – Music Trivia – Cowboy Theme – 6 to 9 PM followed by music from 9 to 11 PM - $80 per team and up to eight on a team. Call or email ahead to reserve your team.

July 3rd or 4th – Fireworks

July 4th – Annual Co****le Tournament and Hog Roast Carry-In

September 6th – Annual Shrimp Boil followed by music in the large shelter house

October 24th – Annual Halloween Event

Taking reservations for all weekends. We have new playground equipment and don’t forget about our pool, fishing, volleyball courts and basketball court! Hope to see you all soon 😊
