It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our founding principal and longtime leader, Ron Kendall.

Ron was an exceptional leader whose deep understanding of the hotel business set him apart. More importantly, he understood that our greatest strength was our people. He cared deeply about our associates and guests and made it a priority to know our people, support their development, and ensure everyone was treated with respect.

We will continue to grow Buffalo Lodging Associates while staying true to Ron’s foundation: put people first, take care of our guests and associates, do what is right, and always strive to be 110% better than our competitors. We are confident in our future, proud of what Ron built, and committed to carrying his vision forward.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Ron’s wife, 2 children and 4 grandchildren who were the center of his world. We share your heartbreak and will miss him terribly.
