We have decided to place our DOWNSTAIRS apartment for rent, on a seasonal basis. If you are interested, please message me to set up a viewing & meeting/interview. The information is as follows:

Carriage house apt in the woods on very private property, near Knox Bridge Hwy on Fincher Rd, exactly between Canton and Cartersville (15 minutes drive either direction).

$1,175 (+ $50 utilities) per month (based on a 3 month lease).

This is a really nice, cute, cozy PARTIALLY FURNISHED 1 bedroom/1 bath with living room and kitchen, on the ground floor.

Bedroom is very large with an office nook at the end with window, (can include queen bed); Will be partially furnished (not necessarily the items pictured in the album, so please inquire if this is important to you).

All windows look out into woods and trees.
Door opens to a large deck looking at trees.
Bathroom has a tub plus separate shower.
Living room will have some furnishings.
Has new electric central A/C + heat.
High-speed Wi-Fi can be made available.
Parking for 1 vehicle.

This apartment is below our Moon Mermaid Playhouse, next door to our main house, but private.

TERMS:
-Lease to be PREPAID 3-month in full (possibly renewable depending on sale of our entire property).
-(Due to furnishings, we will require a security deposit).

CONDITIONS:
-Absolutely NO smoking (strictly!)
-No pets (goldfish ok 😉 though!).
-1 person only (male or female), clean, quiet, respectful, responsible, conscious. Must be gainfully employed & have a clean background. (No party animals please 😉 ).
-Background check required. (Sorry but must have no arrests nor evictions).
-Application form must be submitted prior to viewing.
-Must understand that we offer our Astrology, Tarot and Self-Help Coaching classes on our property, so please be mindful of our need for privacy to conduct our classes (on weekends).

1 bedroom/1 bath/full kitchen/living room.
Main apt (plus deck)

This is a really nice, cute, cozy FURNISHED 1 bedroom/1 bath with living room and kitchen, second-floor walk-up.
Bedroom is very large with an office nook at the end with window, includes single bed, bookshelves, coffee table, chairs, small fridge, toaster oven, plates, pots, mugs, etc. (My personal items like crystal singing bowls, massage table, leather chairs, etc will be removed prior to your move-in).

Side windows look into trees down to a small lake.
Door opens to a large deck looking at trees.
Bathroom has a tub/shower.
Living room has a leather sofa.
No TV (will make you smarter) or microwave (keep you healthy).
Has new electric central A/C + heat.
Parking for 1 vehicle.

Marcus and I just installed a beautiful light fixture that is very Moon Mermaid-ish in the living room. It's white, big and round like a full moon...and has mother of pearl drops with little crystals hanging...so dreamy! What do you think?
