We are a predominantly Senior RV/Mobile Home/ Campground. Most of our sites have permanent seasonal residents but we still have some empty sites available. We also have some fully set up RV and Mobile homes for sale. We all feel like we are part of a large extended family and enjoy pot luck dinners, group lunch trips to various restaurants, large holiday events including a large July 4th golf cart parade and cookout, Labor Day cookout and Hillbilly Golf Tournament and a welcome to the summer Memorial Day BBQ. We are 20 minutes from Waynesville, NC, 45 minutes from Harrah’s Casino in Cherokee, 45 minutes from Asheville, NC, and 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway
