Twelve people, four bedrooms, a private bathroom for every room, and a kitchen built for somebody who actually likes to cook for a crowd. Outside, the putting green catches the late sun, the grill fires up, and the Guadalupe is right there at the bottom of the steps. Gruene Hall is a two-minute walk, so dinner and live music do not require a designated driver. You hear Gruene Hall before you see it. A fiddle, a steel guitar, somebody two-stepping on a Friday night, and your front porch is close enough to catch all of it. Mornings are the other side of the coin. Coffee on the wraparound porch, the Guadalupe moving slow at the back of the property, the day still deciding what it wants to be. Inside, four bedrooms each with their own bathroom mean nobody fights over the shower and everybody sleeps on a Tempur-Pedic bed.
