-Our vacation ready and beautifully appointed tri-level beach house is in a lovely Caribbean style complex on 700 ft. Entrance is level 1, living space and bedrooms are on levels 2 and 3.
-The boardwalk to the beach is just outside of the condo entrance. Be on the beach in 2 minutes!
-Each of the 2 bedroom suites have full baths and ample closet and storage space.
-Vaulted ceiling and skylights cr

eate a bright open-concept living/dining area.
-A sofa-bed in the living room provides extra sleeping accommodations.
-Fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar is perfect for dining in.
-Sliding doors in both the living room and main floor bedroom provide access to the balcony.
-Balcony has high-top table and chairs which are perfect for enjoying the amazing ocean views and stunning sunrises.
-Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The living room features a SMART TV.
-Cable TV and wi-fi are included free of charge.
-Bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans.
-All linens are provided including extra towels, sheets and kitchen linens.
-A lovely oceanfront heated pool, deck and hot tub are only a few steps from the condo.
-Beach towels, beach toys and beach chairs are provided.
-A growing library of books and DVDs and an assortment of music CDs are available in the condo for your enjoyment.
-A picnic area with BBQ grill and tables and chairs is available on-site for guest use.
-A coin laundry is located on-site.
-Free parking is right outside the condo entrance.
-On-site bicycle rental is available. Take a ride on the beach to Port Canaveral or the Cocoa Beach Pier.
