Meet the two people behind every fire pit story you’ve heard about this place: Eric & Sylvia.

Almost 16 years ago, they started living tiny themselves, long before it was a whole aesthetic. So when they found eight abandoned 1930’s cottages sitting untouched for 45+ years right here in Cape Charles, they didn’t just see a renovation project. They saw home.

These days you’ll find them a few minutes down the road on Cape Charles Main Street, lighting the fire pit most nights, and usually the first ones to say hello when you pull in. Cape Charles Tiny Livin’ is a “come sit with us” kind of place run by these two. Come see for yourself and grab a chair, they’ve got stories on stories!
