SEAESTA ON MONROE

Welcome to SeaEsta on Monroe. This cute cottage sits on one of the prettiest streets in town. Offering 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, and a great front porch to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The backyard is fenced for the dogs and there is off-street parking beyond the back gate as well as on-street parking.

Walk, bike, or rent a golf cart to get around town. The park is a 5-minute walk from the house and offers a children's playground. It's a great place to walk the dog! This home is close to shops, restaurants, 2 marinas, a pharmacy, medical services, a library, and a fishing pier. It is only 2 miles to Route 13.

The Chesapeake Bay Bridge/Tunnel is 10 miles south. That is a 20-mile ride that takes you over the Chesapeake Bay to Virginia Beach, Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens for great day trips or North to Chincoteague, the Atlantic Ocean, and the wild ponies.

Our Rental of the Week:
LIFE'S A BEACH

Able to sleep 15 in beds, this home works great for family reunions or for a multi-family get together.
With bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, there is plenty of room to spread out so everyone can enjoy the place without crowding. There is cable TV in the family room and three bedrooms, a blue-ray player in the family room, and a DVD player in bedroom 4. Bedroom combinations: Bedroom 1 - King, Bedroom 2 - 1 twin trundle and 1 bunk bed (full on the bottom, twin on the top), Bedroom 3 - 1 Full, Bedroom 4 - 1 full and 1 bunk bed (full on the bottom, twin on top). Bedroom 5 - 1 queen.

Located only one block from the main street with its shops and eateries there is now a great new pizza place and Brown Dog Ice Cream (ranked among the top ten in the country by Trip Advisor). This is a golf cart-friendly town and carts, as well as beach cruiser bikes, are available for rent at several places. Day trips to Chincoteague and Virginia Beach and even Williamsburg are all doable.

Visit Cape Charles, stay at Life's A Beach, and experience one of the best vacations you can have.

This luxuriously constructed home includes 4 bedrooms plus a study with futon, three baths and sleeps 11. There are both first and second floor decks from which to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

With multiple TVs, WiFi and an outdoor shower, this is going to be a great place for families to spend a beach vacation in the town of Cape Charles with its shops and restaurants.
Kiptopeke State Park is 3 miles south with nature trails and beach.


For day trips, Virginia Beach is less than an hour, Colonial Williamsburg is 70 miles, Chincoteague and Assateague National Seashore is about 1.5 hours.

BAY COTTAGE

The most affordable BEACHFRONT vacation rental in Cape Charles/200 FEET FROM THE BEACH with access walkway over the dunes. Step out the front door and be on the white sand beach in less than a minute. The Cottage sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms and two baths plus a queen size sofa bed in the Living Room. The Living Room and Sunroom face the Bay with spectacular sunsets. The dining room seats 6+ and conveniently located off the modern kitchen. A large patio offers comfortable outdoor seating with a full size gas grill. The property offers off street parking for your convenience. Plenty of room for a boat.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 offer queen beds and bedroom 3 offers two twin beds. As mentioned, there is a queen size sofa bed in the Living Room and a portable pack and play. The cottage works well for a family or a group of friends to spend a beach vacation in a charming town where everything is within walking distance.

Cape Charles offers an array of dining and shopping. Charter fishing, kayaking and eco tours let you experience the amazing ecosystem this area offers. Bring your boat and launch off the public boat ramps of Cape Charles, Kiptopeake or Oyster. Rent a golf cart while you're here as Cape Charles is golf cart friendly.

If you feel like venturing out of town, Cape Charles is conveniently located for great day trips to Chincoteague, Virginia Beach, Busch Gardens and Williamsburg.
