We provide outdoor seating and dining, and a beach cart and chairs for the use of our guests. The main level consists of a large wrap-around porch, a spacious entrance foyer with detailed trim and original staircase, a spacious living room with original fireplace, large dining room with original fireplace, gourmet kitchen with both granite and Corian counters, a sunny breakfast room, den, full laundry room and half bath. The second floor has three spacious bedrooms and two full baths (one is a queen master with ensuite bath); the dramatic third level master suite has two sleeping areas, a sitting area, a work area and a full bath, plus two window seats that give a bird’s eye view of the town and peeks at the Chesapeake Bay. Outdoor enjoyment varies from the rockers and dining sets on the wrap-around porch, to the brick patio, shade trees, an herb garden and lush landscaping of the large side- and backyards, with enough grassy areas for play while enveloped in flowering trees and bushes.

Last night’s sunset was breathtaking! This is a frequent occurrence in Cape Charles looking over the Chesapeake Bay.
