August 5, 11 AM - 12 PM: Head over to the Cape Charles Memorial Library to learn how much energy and resources are used for dairy cows that produce the milk needed to make ice cream. Then make your own small bag of ice cream to enjoy!

August 7, 8 - 10:00 PM: Attend a watch party at El Soul for Foo Network’s 100 Cooks! Amy Decker, contestant & Cook #38, will be hosting a public screening and Q&A to celebrate with the local community. Free & open to the public.

August 8, 7 - 9 PM: Visit Central Park for Full Moon - a Tom Petty Tribute! Free & open to the public, food & drink vendors on site.

August 9, 3 - 4:15 PM: Cape Charles Water Studio is holding their first Reiki workshop. Cost is $55 for the public & $30 for members. Bring your own mat.
