My house rents for 115 a night with a 100 dollar cleaning fee. You can choose if you want to clean it or not. There is a total 11% tax. Which includes 6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax. Wish I didn't have to charge it or pay it but I do.

July is now officially booked! I love my home, not on the beach, but why would you want that when you have islands and beaches everywhere, come enjoy them all. Call me 740-334-1144!

Captain Erv's everglade trip. 1hour 40 minute drive but worth it, there was more along the way, I just had a coupon for this one.

New privacy screen around the bottom of the Lanai. Hopefully this is a little stronger than the last stuff.
