avoid traffic yet ride your bike or walk to everything! Surrounded by gulf waters. 7 docks are available to use so bring your boat. The property has a large parking area. We allow pets for an additional fee. Each unit on our property has recently been remodeled and the furnishings have been updated including new beds. The kitchens have a fridge, stoves, microwaves, kitchen utensils, dinnerware, linens, and much more. Rooms are fully furnished. Bathrooms include almost everything you will need. You will have access to docks, bbq area, and yard. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The island is surrounded by beautiful nature and many things to see and do. Restaurants by boat access. Walking distance from everything. We follow the State of Florida’s strict requirements for COVID-19 cleaning compliances and are reviewed multiple times per month. ALL RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENCE AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN PER THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND ARE SOLELY USED FOR COVID-19 CONTACT TRACING.
