We are thrilled and grateful to be listed in the Top 1% of homes on Airbnb (and within the first 3 months of opening)! 😍

There is something very special about this home, with the beautiful canal views, jumping fish, manatees (December - February), and kayaking the canals, and of course, relaxing in the pool and hot tub!

We are now booking for late spring through fall - last summer we were completely booked, so book early if you'd like to stay! ☀️🌴

We just had a cancellation for early February! Villa Agua Grande has January 31- February 10th open. This is a rare opening - named as a Cape Coral favorite by Airbnb, this house has been fully booked for the winter since July!

We just got back from a trip to refresh our homes before the winter season stays, and we were lucky enough to see manatees all over our canal at Villa Agua Vista! Our neighbors had told us they come up our way, but we hadn't seen them yet. It sounds like the best viewing is December through early March, so we definitely can't guarantee a sighting, but it's good to know there's a chance during certain times of the year! This was so cool to see - there were 4-6 of them for the last couple of days we were there.

And we're so excited that we're now listed as one of the Top 1% of homes on Airbnb, meaning it's one of the highest ranked based on ratings, reviews, and reliability. We love hosting and sharing our home, and couldn't be more thrilled for being recognized! 🥰

We just hosted our first guest at our newest vacation home rental and got a raving 5-star review! 😍 I love that she mentioned so many of our favorite things about the home too - it really is the perfect place for a great family trip, and it’s so much of the reason that we were drawn to the house in the first place (and why it’s so hard to keep us away from it 😁).

So grateful for our amazing guests and for getting to play a part in their fun family vacation!

Villa Agua Grande is now dog-friendly, and even better - we are a “Dogs Welcome” certified property!

What does this mean? It means that we have gone through an approval process that shows that not only do we allow dogs, but that we have met certain criteria that shows that we welcome them!

We don’t require pet fees (because dogs are family), and we provide essentials to help make your stay easier, including a pet First Aid kit and emergency numbers. We also provide a resource list of dog-friendly places in the area (including the best doggy daycare info if you’re going to be away on a boating day trip), dog-friendly restaurants, and hiking trails.

We’re dog parents too (Charlie and Stella 🐾) and we know his hard it can be to travel without our pups!

We just got back from prepping for summer bookings, and we couldn't be more excited! And while we were there, we got updated photos and video taken of Villa Agua Grande, our first vacation rental home that was shut down for most of last year due to hurricane repairs. To say it's back and better than ever is an understatement!

Summer is booking up fast (Villa Agua Vista just completely booked for July!), so grab your dates before they're gone! ☀️🌴

So grateful for these reviews! We stay at the house a few times a year to replenish supplies and to do maintenance, and to make sure the house feels like home for our family and our guests!
