The property has ample seating areas. There is a large island with seating for 6 and another peninsula with seating for 4. In addition, there is a dining table overlooking the pool as well as exterior seating. There are two family rooms each with 65-inch smart TV's. One family room has a queen sofa bed, and the other has a large sectional. The family rooms are connected by a door that makes the former duplex into one great vacation space. Guest access...
Guests will have access to the entire property. They will not be sharing the space with anyone. There is a boat on the lift that is not for rent, but guests can use the pier for fishing and the charcoal or propane grill on site. Guests will have to supply their own propane or charcoal.

We are blessed that our Double Cape Escape weathered the storm. Only some downed palms branches & one torn screen (we removed the screen doors ourselves prior to the storm.) Our prayers go out to Port Charlotte, Cedar Key, Tampa & all the areas that were not as fortunate. Now hurricane season needs to go away!
