We are sorry to announce that Villa Lucky Tee is no longer available as a vacation rental destination. We'd like to thank our tenants who helped us keep the house available. The most current updates to Lucky Tee are:

· Replaced windows in family room
· Replaced both French doors with very nice sliders
· Replaced the crank open window in the master bath with a single awning window
· Repiped the entire house, including new water heater.
·Removed the bushes with the yellow flowers along the side of the house. Looking for suggestions for replacement. Thinking Ixora.

Latest updates include rescreen of the lanai (JPM, Sarasota, Florida) and resurfacing of the drive and walkway (Surface Pros, Cape Coral, Florida).

Also painted the laundry room, pool bath and hallway.
