Unsere Villa Palm Island liegt in einem der schönsten und exklusivsten Wohngebiete im Südwesten von Cape Coral, umgeben von Kanälen, nur wenige Minuten entfernt von den Yachthäfen Cape Harbour, Tarpon Point und den schönen Sandstränden von Cape Coral und Fort Myers Beach. Unsere Ferienhaus wurde komplett renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Da wir unser Haus auch regelmäßig selbst nutzen, ist die Einri

chtung sehr hochwertig und bietet jeglichen Komfort für die Belegung von bis zu 7 Personen (6 Erwachsene + Kleinkind im Kinderbett). Die große offene Küche wurde mit einer neuen Granit-Arbeitsplatte und hochwertigen Edelstahl-Geräten (Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine) ausgestattet. Der große beheizbare Pool und die große Terrasse unserer Villa Palm Island sind nach Süden ausgerichtet. So können Sie die Sonne den ganzen Tag genießen. Zur Sicherheit unserer kleinen Gäste kann ein Sicherheits-Zaun aufgebaut werden. Dieser verhindert, dass die Kleinen ungewollt den Poolbereich betreten. Während des Aufenthalts stellen wir unseren Gästen kostenlos Internet (W-LAN), Telefon (innerhalb USA und Kanada), ein Navigationsgerät und 4 Fahrräder (2 x Kinder, 2 x Erwachsene) zur Verfügung. BETTER LATE THAN NEVER! 🙌🌊

I know it took a while. It has been almost FOUR YEARS since Hurricane Ian destroyed the Fort Myers Beach Pier, but at this point, I just want it back!

Groundbreaking for the NEW Fort Myers Beach Pier is next Friday, August 21 at 10 AM. If you’re planning to go, get there early because parking will be limited.

Seeing that pier come back is going to feel like another big piece of Fort Myers Beach coming back. ❤️

Now the big question: How long do you think it will take before we’re actually walking out on the new pier?

Although previously reported the flag could be up and waving by Tuesday, the time frame has changed to possibly tonight or Saturday morning thanks to the president of Texas-based Flag Systems, the company which originally made and then repaired the flag. The plane that made the first-ever transatlantic crossing by air in 1919 is on display just inside a working naval base on the Gulf Coast. The National Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola, Florida is one of the largest aviation museums in the world, and remarkably, it does not charge a single dollar for admission. Spread across 350,000 square feet, the museum showcases more than 150 restored aircraft representing the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard alongside a collection of over 4,000 artifacts. From a surviving aircraft of the Battle of Midway to a Hall of Honor recognizing those who shaped the history of flight at sea, the scope of what is preserved here is extraordinary.

Pensacola has been the home of U.S. naval aviation since a training station was established here in 1914, earning the city its well-known title as the Cradle of Naval Aviation. The museum brings that century-long legacy to life with flight simulators, a Giant Screen Theater, and the Cubi Bar Café.
