cre property. Tim and Cyndi are longtime locals of the area and very knowledgeable and hospitable. They are a strong law enforcement and Christian family as well. Ivy Jean’s is located in the Southwest Missouri Ozarks on the quiet side of Table Rock Lake in Cape Fair MO. Close enough (24 minutes) to Branson attractions yet far enough away to be out in the real peaceful countryside! Our beautiful clean facilities include a large BnB style 4 suite, 3,900 square foot Farmhouse with a huge gathering room & farm kitchen and 7 bathrooms. Outside there are relaxing rocking chair porches, gardens, ponds, covered pavilions, farm animals and more. We have big skies above you and beautiful mountains around you. You’ll wake up to roosters crowing not sirens screaming! We are NOT in a subdivision, or a resort complex or a housing development! We’re a half mile from the lake and smack dab in the middle of Beautiful! Wedding weekends, Family Vacation Stays and private retreats and gatherings. Our beautifully decorated gathering center, lodge and farm kitchen, "The Dancing Fork" is the hub for all activities. We also have 2 large covered Pavilions adjacent to The Dancing Fork. One is our very large open air covered pavilion for Big Sky Weddings, the view is spectacular, the stage is stunning! The other is the Supper Pavilion, large enough for a catered sit down reception dinner, complete with fire pits, water features, outside game area and an outside kitchen.
