Parking for 5+ cars, fenced yard & dog friendly. Available by the week during summer (June-Sept. 15) or weekends Sept. 15-May 31. Queen Ann's is a classic 8 Bedroom 1882 Victorian Home 3 Blocks to Beach and 3 short blocks to town, updated with modern conveniences, including Central Air, LCD TV's, Cable and Wi-Fi. Rest on the Awning covered porch as you watch the horses and carriages go by. By the

week in summer and 2 night minimum rest of year (3 night on holiday weekends). Fully stocked kitchens with all necessary utensils & pots, washer/dryer, gas grill and some first floor bedrooms, too. No Proms or 'Under 21' unless guardians present.

Power washed the front furniture, porch, rails and cushions in time for next week. There’s also citronella candle in front and in back to keep the mosquitoes away. Have I said I got to experience the wonder of ceiling fans on the front porch?! Oh summer, where have you gone?

The 2nd floor bathroom has a new step in shower and all new plumbing. First floor metal roof coated with silicone so the only place to find water is at the beach haha!

New Dining Room Table. And, until fridge filter housing fixed (hope this week) there are 2 portable ice makers, stainless steel ice bucket and a hot/cold office type Crystal Springs spring water dispenser w/5 gallon jugs on the front porch. The 2nd floor bathroom will have its tub replaced with a step in shower (like 1st floor) 8/22-29 and all its plumbing replaced, too. Have a couple of other things on my "wish" list, but they may have to wait until January, as it's a "need" list right now.

I'm done the power washing. Now about that paint that peeled up when I was doing so...there's always tomorrow. New kitchen & bathroom floors being installed on Tuesday! I'm here all week, so if any one ever wants to trade labor for housing (& food), just say so. The Chalfonte has about 20 volunteers across the street working all this weekend and makes them sleep on the floor in a sleeping bag according to an article in the Inquirer. I'd give them a bed.

Did I mention all new Wamsutta extra thick pillows on the entire 1st & 2nd floors for each bed that don't flatten out or new cotton pillow protectors for all pillows? Or some new blankets? No? Well, I got those, too, and a couple of dozen new bath towels & hand towels! Thank you June renters for giving me a little extra $ to keep improving the place!

The 2 new ceiling fans are installed on the front porch! New floors to be installed in 1st floor kitchen & bathroom week of April 27. I also ordered a new coffee table & 2 new comfy chairs to replace existing on & wingback ones in pink living room. There's also a new umbrella in the backyard at the teak dining table & a few new teak chairs. I moved round coffee table from "den" into white living room and blue one into "den" for this year. June is almost entirely booked. Guess I will be down as much as I can and then some after Memorial Day renters, but after that I won't see Cape May again myself until end of August. Oh, how I'll miss it but I'll just be happy knowing everyone else will be enjoying it as much as me and my family do!😎
