Happy Holidays from the staff at the Mainstay Inn. Just a reminder that while we are closed Christmas Eve and Christmas day we still have availability the remainder of this week and quite a few rooms leading up to New Years eve. Cape May is a magical place leading up the the new year. We remain open until the last guest leaves after the New Years celebration.

OK the storm has past and its a beautiful day! If you need to get away after a couple days on the couch? We have a couple Saturday only or Saturday-Sunday night rooms available for a last minute stay this weekend. We also had a cancellation for next weekend which has been fully booked for a while now, that availability is from Sept 1st through Sunday the 7th or any part thereof. Three days for the labor day weekend are required. Have a safe holiday!

Featured Room, Newly renovated Cardinal Gibbons, California King, Room Painted, Floor refinished, 50 inch HDTV, still a very lartge room with 12 foot ceilings, I think this room is now the nicest in the main house. Replaced a very nice but small bed in the space. Should have done this 10 years ago.

FINALLY...Most of the house is newly painted, It was a long process.

Last weekend before Christmas and we still have a few rooms for this coming weekend, come see the town lite-up before the holidays. We will be closed Christmas eve and Christmas day but open the day after Christmas through New Years. The weekend after Christmas is quite busy, but we have a couple rooms left and New Years eve is wide open this year. I might have had a restriction error in the reservation system for New Years Eve, so if you had an issue booking please try again or call the inn for assistance.

OK act quickly! We just had a cancellation for the coveted Christmas Parade Weekend, this Friday and Saturday. First to call or book on-line gets it.

A Happy Holiday Season to all of our Mainstay Inn friends.
These are last years photo's... but we since Thanksgiving is late this year we are working non-stop to to be fully decorated by this weekend. Great time to visit Cape May! December is also filling up fast and maybe consider a week day visit. The towns decorations are just the spark to ignite the holiday spirit in all of us.

We just had a last minute Cancellation and now have the Harte room available tonight and tommorrow on what is otherwise a sold out weekend. You can book online or call the inn to sn**ch this one up....it probably won't last long. Thank You!
