Docteur's Cottages and Seasonal Park, LLC Quiet, seasonal park open May 1 - Columbus Day weekend. Cottage rentals, boat dockage, spacious mobile home lots, and very reasonable yearly lease rent.

Sesaonal mobile home park and cottages on the St. Lawrence River in Cape Vincent, NY. Our mobile home park is quiet, friendly, and offers spacious lots. Our housekeeping cottages are directly on the River and are rented weekly (Saturday - Saturday mid June through August) and rented with a two night minimum from early May - mid June, and from September - mid October. Kick back and watch the ships

pass, fish off the dock or rent a boat,or just sit on your porch and listen to the waves lap on the shore.
