We’re hiring a Property Care Manager at Aspen Leisure Co.

This role sits at the center of everything we do; making sure every home is guest-ready, every detail is dialed, and nothing slips through the cracks.

It’s part field operator, part problem-solver, part systems builder.

If you’re someone who:
• Takes pride in high standards and follow-through
• Can juggle multiple properties without losing the thread
• Spots problems before they become problems

River’s Edge Cabin isn’t just a secluded getaway beneath the Maroon Bells; it’s a living chapter of Aspen’s history. Owned and operated by the Deane family, T-Lazy-7 Ranch begins here in 1936, when Had and Lou Deane made Maroon Creek home-one generation after their grandfather, Josiah “Judge” Deane, crossed Independence Pass on foot in 1880. He opened Aspen’s first law office, served as the first county judge, helped rename Ute City to Aspen, shaped the Apex mining suit, and championed the road that became Highway 82.

Had and Louise, an actress from Broadway, built what is now T-Lazy-7 Ranch. What began as ranch life turned into a bona fide guest ranch with sleigh-ride dinners, summer cookouts, riding, fishing, pack trips, and children’s camps.

Today the ranch is run by Rick Deane and his children, and River’s Edge Cabin sits beneath the pines beside Maroon Creek, quiet, storied, and stamped in history of the valley.
