At BCC, we see every day how much hard work happens behind the scenes to create a place where people can gather, connect, rest, and encounter God. From preparing rooms and meals to caring for our grounds, welcoming guests, and countless details in between—we’re incredibly grateful for the people who make our ministry possible.

Today, we celebrate our amazing BCC team and hardworking people everywhere. Whatever your work looks like, we pray you find time today to rest, recharge, and enjoy the people around you. 💙
