🌴 Y’all…what a summer it’s been already! 💙
We are booked solid for the next 2 months, and we’ve had back-to-back same-day checkouts and check-ins. It’s been busy, but we absolutely love it!
The best part? Our guests have been incredible, and so many have told us how much they love staying at CocoBay. Several have already booked the same week for next year, and many are booking directly with us to save on Airbnb and VRBO fees.

🏡 How beautiful, well put together, and spotless it is! A huge shoutout to Paige Arnold, our amazing cleaner. She takes so much pride in CocoBay, and it shows. We couldn’t do it without her! 🩵
🏖️ The beach access is only a 4 to 5 minute walk from our front door.
📍 The location! We’re tucked away on a quiet dead-end street with no through traffic, yet we’re just minutes from everything Carolina Beach has to offer.
🤝 That Chris and I live right next door. Our guests love knowing that if they need anything, we’re here. No waiting on a property management company. No getting passed around. If there’s ever an issue, we take care of it as quickly as possible, then let you get right back to enjoying your vacation. We truly want every guest to have the best stay possible.
