The Island Men present the 13th annual Carolina Beach Dragon Boat Regatta. This year’s event will be conducted on 37′ Chinese Dragon Boats. Each boat supports 10 paddlers and 1 drummer. Teams can also have up to 4 alternates. The racecourse will be 300 meters in the Carolina Beach Yacht Basin.
