We’re incredibly honored and excited to be part of such an extraordinary event this year!

Valley High Rentals and Taylor Property Management will be attending this year’s Riley’s Wish Event in Liberty, Maine — an amazing ice fishing derby that not only celebrates a shared love for the outdoors, but also serves a greater purpose.

All proceeds from this special event benefit a scholarship fund established in Riley’s memory, helping students pursue their education in a trade while carrying forward his spirit of community, kindness, and adventure.

We’re proud to share that Valley High Rentals has donated a FREE one-night stay at our Valley High Riverside Cabin, nestled in the heart of Carrabassett Valley, Maine. We’re thrilled to contribute to a cause that supports the next generation and keeps Riley’s legacy alive.

We can’t wait to attend, connect, and support such a powerful event. 💙🎣

So many fantastic prizes this year! They are dual purpose, derby entry and raffle entry. If you win an hourly prize the ticket goes back in for the major prizes at 3pm. $5ea or 5 for $20, you don’t have to be present to win.

Good morning Nordic Friends,

We held off on grooming for today. The trails are in good shape with packed dry snow and a forgiving softer surface.

We will be back out first thing tomorrow morning to clean up with the snowmobile drags! Please continue to be cautious of early season hazards; dips, rollers, and small debris are still present.

‼️The lodge and retail store are open until 4pm today! Stop by for all your pass and rental needs. The store still has great deals, come grab some last minute Christmas gifts!

🫎The Bull Moose Cafe is NOT open yet! They open this Saturday, the 20th! Make sure you stop by and try Linda’s updated menu!🍽️

⛸️The ice rink is not open at this time! Our rink liner arrives TODAY and we plan to start getting it ready. We hope to have it open by Christmas Break week.

Visitors, locals and friends - have you been up to Quill Hill this fall yet?? 🍁

The Quill Hill Overlook in Maine is one of the most stunning fall viewpoints anywhere in New England! To reach it, head up the 4-mile gravel road to the Quill Hill Overlook near Rangeley. At 2,848 feet, the summit gives you a full 360° view of Saddleback Mountain, the Rangeley Lakes, Flagstaff Lake, and even peaks across the Canadian border. The overlook, created by local lumberman Adrian Brochu, has picnic tables, a wood-fired grill, signs with history and nature facts, and a ¾-mile wheelchair-friendly path linking scenic spots. In fall, the hills blaze with reds, oranges, and golds, making Quill Hill one of the top leaf-peeping stops in Maine.

This home has been a special place for us and so many like-minded guests over the years, capturing the beauty and spirit of the area. It’s more than just a rental, it’s a symbol of what we stand for.

With Valley High Rentals, our vision is to continue sharing that sense of home with you. Each property we represent is carefully chosen to reflect the same warmth, adventure, and natural beauty that inspired us from the very beginning.
