It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved Brother Robert C. Dietz in Wisconsin. Over the years Brother Bob served as our Worshipful Master several times. His charity, friendship to many, his zest for life and our brotherhood endeared him to all who were fortunate to know him. Farewell dear brother.

The day often begins with something small...
a simple act...
a quiet moment...
an ordinary task...
Nothing ceremonial...
Nothing that seems to matter...
Yet even the smallest act divides into two paths...
When we rush...
the world tilts...
A misstep...
a spill...
a hurried motion...
and the day begins slightly out of square...
Not broken...
but misaligned...
But when we move with intention...
with presence...
with the quiet discipline taught within these walls...
the moment settles...
And something within us settles with it...
We feel that subtle awareness...
that whisper of rightness...
Not because the task matters...
but because the Mason performing it does...
The way we show up in small moments carries forward into the next...
and the next...
and the next...
A single act becomes a pattern...
A pattern becomes a habit...
A habit becomes a man...
The Square teaches us that precision in small things...
creates integrity in great things...
The Compasses remind us that boundaries set early...
shape the entire circle of our day...
The Plumb shows us that uprightness begins in the quiet moments no one sees...
Brethren...
small actions never stay small...
They set the tone...
They reveal the Builder...
They shape the inner Temple one quiet stone at a time...
And the Mason who honors the small things...
