Another great weekend here at Carrizo Creek Lodge October 11-15 2019. A cold front moved in at 6:30 AM Friday morning as we drove to the dove field the wind picked way up and the temperature dropped then the rain came!! We almost called the hunt but we stuck it out and I’m glad we did limits for everyone!! Thanks William Russell and Grant Sartor for hunting with me! Also want to thank Steve Cothron and his family for booking a dove hunt every year since 2008!
