FREEZE WARNING! Effective Feb 12th through February 19th.

Please follow the steps below during this time:
1. Leave your kitchen & bathroom faucet on a slow drip
2. Open the cabinet doors under your sinks
3. Be extra careful on the stairs and sidewalks
4. Leave your room temperature set to 65-75 degrees.

(PLEASE DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR PRIMARY HEATER UNIT)
