🌟Employee Highlight from Vital Show Solutions🌟

Over the past several years, as Sr. Lighting Director, Rick LaBoon has become a trusted and valued member of our team. More recently, he has stepped into an expanded project management role, taking on increased responsibilities and serving as a key leader on one of our larger accounts. His ability to manage details, stay organized, and keep projects moving forward has been instrumental to the success of both our clients and our internal teams and has earned him the new title of Senior Project Manager.

What truly sets Rick apart is the way he serves others. Whether he's supporting a client, collaborating with a partner, or helping a teammate navigate a challenge, Rick consistently demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude. Clients genuinely enjoy working with him because they know they can count on him to be responsive, organized, and focused on delivering exceptional results.

As Rick shared upon learning of his new job title, he is grateful for the trust placed in him and is excited to continue contributing to our shared success in this new role. At Vital Show Solutions, we believe great ideas can come from anywhere, and sometimes they arrive in the form of a Management Trainee who's ready to jump in and make an impact from day one.

Today, we're celebrating the birthday of our newest team member & resident trainee, Elly Sartain! 🎂

Elly recently joined Vital Show Solutions and has already brought creativity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. While her initial focus has been working on refreshing our branding and marketing, she will soon start to "dabble" in operations and event production. She's embracing every opportunity to grow, contribute, and challenge us with fresh perspectives. One of the best parts of our industry is helping develop the next generation of talent, and we're excited to be part of Elly's journey.
