History
Built in 1923 and fully restored in 1996, this 12-room National Historical Landmark stands at the heart of the Highland House Estate in historic Carrollton, Kentucky.
The home boasts a stunning view of the Ohio River from the manor gardens as well as a seasonal unobstructed water-view from the enclosed glass promenade that extends the entire length of the home. The enclosed seating area can occupy up to 40 people for any meeting, or perhaps an intimate gathering among friends.
If weather permits, allow yourself to enjoy the covered veranda as you admire the wonderful sunsets that only Kentucky offers. There are multiple locations on the grounds to celebrate your special occasion as the estate encompasses nearly five luxurious acres on the riverfront.
