Congratulations to Mariah for earning this month’s Above and Beyond! 🎊
Mariah consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional guest service. While covering in the Gift Shop, she assisted a guest who wanted to purchase 12 beer steins and needed them packed securely for transport. Mariah took the initiative to locate the original packaging and carefully packed the steins to ensure they would arrive safely. As the guest had trouble lifting the heavy box, Mariah offered to carry it to their vehicle. Although the guest was parked on the far side of the parking lot, Mariah did not hesitate to help. With a positive attitude and a smile on her face, she carried the box to the guest's car, making the experience even more memorable.
Through her initiative, kindness, and commitment to outstanding guest service, Mariah has earned this month's Above and Beyond recognition. Thank you, Mariah! 🎆
