This one is succulent and special! Sweet and juicy little sweetie cantaloupe all dressed up with burrata, nutty pistachios, basil & dill and drizzle with olive oil. Savory enough for an appetizer and just sweet enough to order for dessert! These specials move quick!

There’s something incredibly special about being recognized for doing what we love.

We’re honored to share that Carversville Inn has been named Best of Philly: Best New Restaurant (Burbs). An accolade we don’t take lightly, and one we’re deeply grateful to receive.

This recognition belongs to so many hands. To Chef Dara, whose beautifully curated menu continues to surprise, comfort, and inspire. To our owners, whose unwavering vision and impeccable eye for design transformed a historic inn into a destination unlike any other. And to our management team and every member of our staff, who show up each shift committed to making the guest experience just a little more memorable than the last.

Hospitality has always been at the heart of this building. To see that commitment recognized is an incredible honor.

On Tuesday, we’ll head to Philadelphia to proudly accept the award for Best New Restaurant – Burbs alongside our owners and management team.

To our guests—thank you for filling our dining room, celebrating life’s moments with us, and believing in what we’re building here in the heart of Bucks County. This is because of you, too.

🍈 Thursday — Little Sweetie cantaloupe, burrata, ham crisps, pistachios & herbs.
🍅 Friday — Slow-roasted lamb shoulder with flageolet beans, confit tomatoes & salsa verde.
🌊 Saturday — Seared scallops, clams, sweet corn velouté, potatoes & just enough ’nduja.

When we set out for Sonoma, we weren’t chasing bottles—we were chasing perspective. We wanted to stand where these wines are made, meet the people behind the labels, understand the philosophy behind every vintage, and bring that knowledge back to the guests who trust us with their evenings.

Our visit to Bricoleur Vineyards reminded us that exceptional hospitality is never accidental. It’s built through intention, passion, craftsmanship, and the people who believe that every detail matters. From the thoughtful pairings to the warm welcome and beautiful property, every moment reinforced the kind of experience we strive to create every day at Carversville Inn.

To the entire Bricoleur team—thank you for opening your doors, sharing your story, and welcoming ours. We are incredibly grateful to begin this relationship and even more excited to pour your wines for our guests.

This was only the first stop.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing the remarkable vineyards we visited throughout Sonoma—each one carefully chosen because we believe they deserve a place at your table. Many of these exceptional producers will soon be joining us, bringing a little piece of California wine country to historic Bucks County.
