ws/entertainment nightly. This is a four season, 2 level home that offers central A/C, full kitchen and large deck with propane grill. Guests are asked to replace the propane if you use it and/or if it becomes empty. Sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 bedrooms, a first floor full bath and a second floor 3/4 bath. First floor bedroom includes Twin/Full bunk and a Queen bed and 2nd floor bedroom includes a King bed. There is a smart TV in the living room and free high-speed wifi is available. Guests can make use of the refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender and coffee maker. There is a laundry center on-site. Parking available at the home for 2 cars. Point Sebago charges a fee of $10/day, per person that renters pay directly to Point Sebago for lake/campground access (during peak season). This must be paid no later then a week before your stay. Golf carts, to help you get around the gated community, can be rented through the resort daily or weekly. Everybody uses one during a weekly stay. Call early for golf cart rentals- they always sell out fast! Additional fees may apply for campground amenities. Also North Conway, NH is only one hour away from Point Sebago. Great day trip to take. Downtown Portland Maine is 40 minutes from Point Sebago. Many local breweries in Portland makes for a great day trip! Beautiful waterfront walking area and fun shops to visit. Off-season, enjoy a round of golf at the resorts 18-hole golf course (open in May and closes in October), a fall foliage vacation or ski during winter months at Pleasant Mountain Ski Area less than 30 minutes from the property. Rentals during peak season are at least 1 week rentals (Sat-Sat) with check-in at 4pm and check out at 10am. Off-season rentals are a minimum 2-night stay (3-night stay for Columbus Day weekend) and check-in/out times will be arranged at time of booking. We look forward to renting to you!
