The Modgy Lake House

The Modgy Lake House Beautiful family friendly lake house on Michigan’s Sand Point. Nestled within Saginaw Bay, our lake house is located on 50 feet of lake footage.

The lake is shallow, approximately 2 feet, perfect for swimming. After swimming, rinse sandy toes off in the lake houses outside shower, have dinner outside while grilling on the propane barbecue, and finish up the evening roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. For cooler nights, the lakehouse has many inside amenities. Our first floor 3 seasons room is perfect to enjoy a glass of wine or cup of c

offee! The lower level, not only has amazing views of the lake, also has a large table perfect for game night, and a foozeball table for friendly competition! Our lake house sleeps 14, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, designed to accommodate multiple families. The home has 3 levels- with bedrooms and bath on each. Bedroom 1- King (lower level)
Bedroom 2- 2 Twin XL (first floor)
Bedroom 3- King (first floor)
Bedroom 4- King (2nd floor)
3 queen pullout couches (lower level/first floor)
1 twin pullout ottoman (2nd floor)
