We feel so fortunate to be the ones that continue the legacy of the lodge here in Caseville, Michigan. Since we purchased this property in 2022, the projects and the renovations have been endless. Many of our guests have inquired if the property looked like this when we bought it. We share a glance across the room and chuckle and say no. Fox's Lodge at Oak Pointe Bed and Breakfast has become a beautiful property that we so cherish and we hope that our guests will enjoy it as well. Since acquisition we've worked through building a whole new front porch to welcome our guests with the support of Coles Contractor Service LLC, a gorgeous pavilion and pergola along with the necessary replacement of our septic tank and drain field completed by JLH Construction. And let's not forget our major garage overhaul with the concrete handle by JLH and the balance by All Tyes Services. And we would certainly be remiss if we didn't mention that we've replaced several of our furnaces and air conditioners with the help of J&B heating and plumbing. Turning our attention to the inside, Jerry Fox Jr. hasn't missed a beat as he replaced the kitchen, painted all the guest rooms and bathrooms and his most recent ginormous undertaking painting the library. Every guest room received new beds, new mattresses, new pillows, new linens, new rugs and so on. Refresh everywhere, yet we were careful to maintain the charm of the lodge. And let's not forget the full renovation of our Cottage in 2024. He's been busy the last few weeks getting all of the landscaping together and the flowers and such, thankfully this man has a green thumb. 💕 While this list is not 100% inclusive, it's the heavy hitters.
