📍 We’ve Officially Made History in Casper!
We are beyond thrilled to announce the Grand Opening of the Hyatt Place Casper—proudly the very first Hyatt hotel in the state of Wyoming! 🎊

This project started as a vision to bring a new level of class and state-of-the-art hospitality to Casper. Today, that vision is a reality. This isn't just a building; it’s a commitment to providing top-notch service in a space that is as aesthetically stunning as the Wyoming landscape.

Your hard work, late nights, and dedication are the foundation of this hotel. We also want to extend our sincere gratitude to the Casper Chamber of Commerce for joining us today and for your ongoing support in promoting local growth.

Honoring a Visionary
While today is a celebration, it is also a deeply emotional moment for the JJM Group family. We dedicate this opening to Narender, the man whose vision started it all. Though he left us before he could see the ribbon cut, his influence is felt in every corner of this upscale property.
Narender wanted to make Casper better, and he did exactly that. This hotel stands as a legacy to his ambition and his love for this community. We miss you, and we hope we’ve made you proud. ✨

Before & After of Casper, Wyoming's newest Hyatt Place opening Jan 21, 2026!

07/24/2025

JJM Group successfully represented our properties and participated in the Wyoming Coaches Association tournament yesterday. Candlewood Suites Casper, Denny's Casper, Hampton Inn & Suites Casper, and Hyatt Place Casper were all represented.

The Wyoming Coaches Association, comprised of high school coaches across Wyoming, is dedicated to supporting and recognizing the state's athletes. Our partnership with the Association contributes to increased room occupancy within our hotels during state high school tournaments. This reciprocal relationship benefits both parties. Furthermore, Casper periodically bids to host the High School state tournaments, making our presence at events like these crucial to maintaining Casper's competitiveness in securing these events and ensuring sustained business for our hotels and other local enterprises. The tournament also provides valuable networking opportunities with other participating businesses.

'Dirt work begins on 4-story Hyatt Place Hotel in Casper'
Oil City News by Rhonda Schulte

CASPER, Wyo. — Construction of a 100-room Hyatt Place Hotel on Casper’s east side is underway.

According to a City of Casper new construction commercial building permit, JJM Group Hotels plans to build a 60,757-square-foot, four-story Hyatt Place Hotel at 407 N. Walsh Drive.

The 5-acre property is near the U.S. Post Office and East Side Homes off Forest Drive, and sets directly below and to the south of Interstate-25. Evansville’s welcome sign is to the northeast just under the nearby interstate overpass.

JJM Group Hotels also owns Candlewood Suites Casper and Casper Hampton Inn and Suites.

Hotel representative Tammi Chappell said a groundbreaking on the new project is planned soon.

“Hopefully, the foundation will go up by January,” Chappell told the Natrona County Travel and Tourism Council during its Nov. 28 meeting.

Depending on weather conditions, she said the hotel could open in 18-20 months.
