Have you been thinking about making Sanilac County Evergreen Park your home away from home? We’d love to welcome you to the Evergreen Park family!

📋 WAITLIST CONTACTS BEGIN NOVEMBER 2026

We will begin contacting people on our seasonal waitlist starting in November. If you are on the waitlist, keep an eye out for our call!

📅 NEXT ROUND AFTER JANUARY 15, 2027

The next round of waitlist seasonals will be contacted after January 15, 2027.

📍 SITE CHOICE & AVAILABILITY

When you are contacted, you will be provided with a list of available seasonal sites to choose from. Site selection will be based on the sites available at that time.

❗ Please remember that being on the waitlist does not guarantee a specific site. Site choices will be made from the available sites when your turn comes up.

🌲 We can’t wait to welcome new seasonals to the Evergreen Park family!

It’s time to start planning for the 2027 camping season! 🌲

📋 LETTER OF INTENT FORMS

Letter of Intent forms are available in the office. If you would like to return for the 2027 season, your form must be completed and returned BEFORE October 31, 2026.

❗ If your Letter of Intent is not completed and returned by October 31, you will forfeit your opportunity to return for the 2027 season.

🔄 WANT TO REQUEST A SITE CHANGE?

Now is the time to make your request! Please note that site change requests are not guaranteed and will depend on availability. Sites not available, Any letters, or pull-thru sites.

💰 2027 DEPOSIT

Deposits are due January 1–15, 2027.
The office will reopen January 4, 2027 at 8:00 AM

💵 REMAINING BALANCE

Your remaining balance must be paid IN FULL by May 1, 2027. If your balance is not paid in full, you will NOT be allowed to pull into your site.

🚐 EARLY ARRIVAL & SETUP

Seasonals may pull in up to one week early to set up, as long as their account is paid in full. You may set up, but you may NOT plug into any utilities until you are paid in full.

❗ THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

You must be PAID IN FULL before you can pull in.

A big THANK YOU to all the schools that came out on Wednesday for cross country! We loved having everyone here and seeing all the runners give it their best. 🎉

We appreciate the coaches, athletes, families, and everyone who helped make the day a great one. Congratulations to all the runners on a fantastic meet! 👏

A reminder to everyone visiting Evergreen Park today: cross country teams will be running throughout the park.

🚨 PLEASE SLOW DOWN AND WATCH FOR RUNNERS! 🚨

Keep an eye out for kids crossing roads and trails, give them plenty of space, and be prepared for runners to come around corners or into the roadway.

Do you love Halloween, scaring people, and getting into character? We’re looking for volunteer scare actors to help bring EverSCREAM to life at Sanilac County Evergreen Park! 🎃💀

🩸 Must be 16+ to participate
👻 Volunteers must sign a waiver before participating.
📝 Anyone under 18 will need parental/guardian consent and signature.
⚠️ Volunteers participate at their own risk. Sanilac County Evergreen Park and Sanilac County Parks are not liable for injuries or incidents resulting from participation, to the extent permitted by law.
🎭 Costumes will be available to use if you need one, or you may be able to bring your own with approval.
