Thanks heaps to The Brewster Inn and Mollydooker W**es for an incredible Mushroom & W**e Dinner! What a fun evening filled with fung-tastic food, fabulous w**e, and plenty of mushroom magic.

We loved taking a little trip through the grape fields of Australia, exploring the stories behind Mollydooker’s delicious w**es, and pairing them with some of our very own mushroom babies!

From the savory mushroom profiterole (our favorite) to the short ribs with mushroom ragout, every course was thoughtfully crafted, beautifully paired, and downright delicious.

One of our favorite things about being part of events like this is getting to share a little mushroom knowledge, sprinkle in some fun facts, and show folks just how versatile mushrooms can be.

Yes...they can even be used in dessert!

Thank you again to everyone who made this evening so special. We love collaborating with people who share our passion for good food, great experiences, and a little adventure along the way!
