Beautiful morning!

We are watching the storm closely.
First priority is our guests safety.

Our sweet cottage should be a safe refuge from any storm surge as we sit at 12’1/2” elevation. We have plenty of puzzles, games, books and a great Bose sound system to keep guests entertained if they need to stay in. As of right now, all the businesses are staying open.

For now we will stay aware & alert and pray for all our friends and neighbors who are in lower elevation spots. We have learned from the past not to panic but also not to take Mother Nature for granted.

Even when you are not in the eye of a storm, storm surge can be extremely serious and cause excessive damage.

❤️Be safe! Stay in the know! ❤️
