2026 Annual Holiday Giveaway
It’s that time of year again.
Every year, Mountain Top Resort & Lodge gives away cabin stays for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and we are pleased to continue that tradition for 2026.
There is no contest based on likes or shares, no purchase required, and no financial status to qualify. We simply ask our community to nominate people they believe would enjoy a special Thanksgiving or Christmas together in the mountains.
Depending on our existing reservations and cabin availability, we may award multiple cabins for each holiday.
THANKSGIVING
November 25–27, 2026
For Thanksgiving, we will award a complimentary mountain cabin stay for:
Up to 2 adults and 3 children
Those joining us through the Holiday Giveaway will receive their cabin accommodations along with complimentary arrival dinner, Thanksgiving lunch and Thanksgiving dinner.
Thanksgiving at Mountain Top
We will also offer a limited number of holiday meals for guests and families wishing to join us over Thanksgiving.
Wednesday Evening — November 25

Smoked Turkey
Accompaniments and Fresh-Baked Holiday Treats

Our planned Thanksgiving menu includes:
Stuffed Smoked Prime Rib
Smoked Roast Beef

Twice-Baked Potatoes
Deviled Eggs
Ham & Cheese-Wrapped Asparagus

Children 13–16 — $20
Children 12 & Under — $10
We will be preparing a limited number of family meals, so availability will be limited.
CHRISTMAS
December 24–26, 2026
For Christmas, we will award a complimentary mountain cabin stay for:
Up to 4 adults and 4 children
Those selected will receive their cabin accommodations along with complimentary arrival dinner and holiday lunch and dinner.
Christmas at Mountain Top
Christmas on the mountain will feature another special menu prepared specifically for the holiday.
Our preliminary Christmas menu includes:
Two Whole Hogs, Broken Down and Cured In-House for Flavor
Snow Crab-Stuffed Beef Tenderloins
Alaskan Halibut
Salmon
Stuffed Squash
Fresh Vegetable Trays
Fresh Sourdough Breads
An Assortment of Homemade Sweets and Holiday Treats
We will define additional Christmas menu details, public meal pricing and service times as we get closer to the holiday.
We wanted to announce the giveaway early so everyone has plenty of time to submit nominations and, most importantly, so those awarded a cabin have time to make their holiday plans.
HOW TO NOMINATE SOMEONE
We don't need someone's life story, financial information or anything sensitive or private.
Please simply tell us:
Whether you are nominating them for Thanksgiving or Christmas
The number of adults and children who would be staying
The ages of the children
A little about why you are nominating them, provided it does not involve sensitive personal information
There are no financial qualifications, no purchase requirements and no strings attached.
As we have done every year, we will review the nominations and select folks we would simply like to pamper for the holiday.
If our regular bookings and cabin availability allow, we may award multiple families for Thanksgiving and/or Christmas.
