New year, new investment opportunity! 💡
We are looking for the right buyer to become the new owner of our beloved Red House. Our intention is to sell this property as a business, fully furnished and all. This little house has been a great resource for us, and it’s bittersweet to be parting with it. Our lives are incredibly busy, and we are looking for ways to simplify. Selling will also provide us with the funds necessary to continue putting down roots in Pennsylvania.

We are not officially listing the house for sale at this time, and would prefer to proceed “for sale by owner,” with an asking price of $315k. We have appraisal information and proof of income from Airbnb available upon request. Please feel free to share this!
