The Hayes House Seasonal festivals and a Fall Market Place are hosted on the grounds. The Hayes Estate is home to The Hayes House and Farm in Celina, Clay County, Tennessee.

The Hayes House and Farm, located near Celina, Tennessee, is available to rent for weddings, private celebrations, business meetings, reunions, lodging through AirBnB and more. The Edwardian-style mansion was built in 1912 and remained in the same family for more than a century. Most recently The Hayes House was restored to its early 20th Century grandeur by Harry and Carmen Matthews, who welcome

you to the Estate for your wedding or other private events. Enhancing the Estate’s storied history are annual events held on the grounds of The Hayes House and throughout the Farm, including seasonal festivals, an annual market place and Christmas activities. Additionally, The Hayes House is one of three properties offered as lodging through AirBnB as Tennessee Retreats. The others include a spacious home with an in-ground pool, Lafayette on the Green, situated near a 9-hole golf course in Macon County and a cozy log cabin in a lush rustic setting but with 2021 amenities.
