July 11, 2026:

The Friends of Camp Krietenstein, LTD, held a gathering of past Scouts, Scouters, and Scouting families to open a time capsule that was placed in July 1976. We had a great group of Scouting Alumni who spent the day reminiscing over the now fifty-year old artifacts.

Attendees also provided new items to be placed in another time capsule to be reburied until 2076. We had a lot of great items given, but we’re hoping to add to our collection with donations from you!

If you have items that you’d like to donate to the 2026 Time Capsule, you may either mail it to:

Friends of Camp Krietenstein Ltd
3 Park Lane Terre Haute, IN 47803

Or deliver them personally to Jim Stolt at the address above. For more information, call Jim Stolt at 812-208-0293.

All donations must be received by August 31, 2026.
