Are located about 5 miles West of CENTER RIDGE,AR off Hwy 124 WEST. The property (17 acres) is located at 1260 DUTTON MNT ROAD.

The CENTER RIDGE area is blessed with many MOUNTAIN RANGES and stunning vistas. LICK MOUNTAIN is no exception.
My property sits on the highest point of the
MOUNTAIN, and is unemcumbered by any trees or city lights. When you’re out here, you’re in the country. Now when I say “COUNTRY “, that doesn’t mean we’re HILLBILLIES, REDNECKS, or even HICKS…we’re TAXPAYERS. Which would explain why ALL the roads are paved leading to my property from ALL directions… except 1/4 of 1 mile running in front of my house. Which of course is a dirt road. But it’s a GOOD road. I just knew when the COUNTY JUDGE asked me to go to the TOWN HALL meeting … I should have went!… and he’s my COUSIN.
ALLRIGHT… BACK TO BUSINESS
We have 75-100 campsites that can accommodate RV’S…large, medium, small campers and tents. Each campsite measures 20’ x 40’
We have PORTA- POTTYS and a large TRASH DUMPSTER on site
AMENITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT
Living at the highest point on LICK MOUNTAIN for the last 30 some odd years
certainly has its advantages.
My property lies in between 2 of the most ICONIC mountains in central Arkansas.
Looking North out of the living room bay window, I can see all of the renowned WOLVERTON MOUNTAIN. The home of CLIFTON CLOWERS. Made famous in a song written by MERLE KILGORE ( his Nephew) and CLAUDE KING and released in March, 1962. The song rose to #1 on the country charts.
Looking South out of the kitchen and dining room windows I can see the ICONIC PETIT JEAN mountain . Arkansas’s FIRST STATE PARK, established 1927. Made famous by property purchased by Arkansas GOVERNOR WINTHROP ROCKEFELLER (1967-71) and continued by the ROCKEFELLER INSTITUTE and also the home of CLAY SHERROD, famous star gazer who travels and has been speaking about this ECLIPSE for years all over the U.S.

We have on the property two (2) regulation
Sized FIELD GOAL POSTS - crossbar 10ft
high - and 18’ 6 inches apart..( regulation NFL and college dimensions.)
The playing field itself is 50 yards long, with 10 yard end zones, for a total of 70 yards long. The playing field will be 25 yards wide. Great for playing flag football
or having field goal kicking contests. Footballs and kicking tees provided.
CAMPFIRES
We will have a centrally located CAMPFIRE
with 2(two) 16ft long wooden picnic tables
Also we plan on having individual moveable fire pits for each campsite. We will have seasoned firewood for sale.
CARDROOM
I have an enclosed 3 car garage that will seat between 30-40 players.. each table can seat 10 players each. Great for poker tournaments or anything else. Also we’ll have a pit boss who will oversee and prevent any arguing, fussing and fighting.
There will be frequent smoke breaks for the smokers. Cards start flying from 6pm till whenever, all 4 nights.
