Some people may not know what a great artist Woodrow Foster was. He painted hundreds of beautiful paintings. Water color and oil paintings. Many hang on walls in Shelby County homes. And there is a beautiful collection of his paintings on display at Farmers State Bank, on the Downtown square.
He was honored as Texas State Artist 1991-92

Remember these beautiful flowers? They use to grown on the front and back of the Pine Colony Inn. At one point they were all the way on top of the roof on the second floor.

Hello,
Pine Colony Inn is a landmark. Built in 1945.....and that is a long time ago! We opened in 1985.

After my mother found out who the building belonged to she went to them and ask to buy it. They said yes! And the rest is history.

This beautiful Woodrow Foster fell off the wall. Nothing was hurt except the glass broke. It did not damage this limited edition print. It is in perfect condition. If you are interested I will take it into my frame shop and open it up, clean out glass chips and put a new piece of glass in. I’m willing to do this for just the cost of the glass and frame. It will be perfect when I am finished. Price will be just $150.00. Located in Center, Tx
