2 fish fillets (about 400 g total)
40 g butter
3 garlic cloves, minced

Salt & black pepper
Instructions:

In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
Add cream and cook until slightly thickened.
Return the fish to the pan and spoon the sauce over it.
Finish with parsley.
